Strength training and martial arts for the whole family ON WADAWURRUNG COUNTRY - WINCHELSEA
I started Sunny Gym to bring the joy back to the gym. I was tired of hearing about exercise as a chore to be dreaded and set out with the intention to make a space where people look forward to moving their bodies, connecting with their community and effecting change in ourselves and in others.
Re-frame your relationship with exercise.
Unfortunately far too many people that come to see me have had a negative experience with the fitness industry. I too struggled to find a place to exercise that aligned with my values so when I became an instructor myself I knew what I wanted to change and as it turns out, people respond well when you take away the shame and drudgery of traditional gyms and swap them for joy and connection.
I tailor exercise plans that are as unique and individual as my clients.

What I Offer:
-
Start with a one-on-one introductory session to explore your goals, training preferences, and how to get the results you want. From there, join a small group class (max 4 people) where you’ll follow your own tailored program while still getting plenty of coaching and guidance from me — all at group class prices.
-
Learn technique, build fitness, and gain confidence in a structured, supportive environment. Classes run in a small group setting, so you get plenty of guidance while training alongside others. Whether you’re looking to improve skill, increase endurance, or just have fun, each session is tailored to help you progress safely and effectively.
-
Kids learn body awareness, resilience, emotional regulation and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
