What this is (and what it isn’t)

Small Group PT sits somewhere between one-on-one coaching and traditional group classes.

We’re here to get strong for real life. not for reels, or weird body ideals, strength for yourself, your family, and your community.

That means:

  • no weigh-ins

  • no measurements

  • no before-and-after photos

  • no pressure to look a certain way

Just quality coaching, sensible progress, and training that actually carries over into daily life.

How the sessions work

Classes are capped at just four people, which means you’re getting very close to 1:1 coaching, without paying private training prices.

Each person trains on their own individual strength program, based on:

  • your experience level

  • injury history (if any)

  • goals and lifestyle

Sessions aren’t “everyone does the same thing at the same time”. I coach each person through their work, while still keeping a supportive group atmosphere. Sometimes we’ll share elements, sometimes you’ll be doing your own thing entirely.

It’s focused, calm, and efficient.

Coaching ethos

My coaching style reflects my values.

We train:

  • to be capable, not exhausted

  • to move well, not just sweat

  • to build strength over time, not chase quick fixes

Progress is steady, sustainable, and grounded in good movement. This is training you can keep doing for years, not something you burn out on in a few months.

Getting started

All new members begin with a one-off introductory session.

This session allows me to:

  • assess how you move

  • understand your training background

  • build a personalised strength program

  • explain how the sessions will work for you

From there, you’ll transition into Small Group PT with a clear plan and proper guidance.

Your first Small Group PT class is always free, so you can experience the sessions before committing.

If after completing the intro session and first class you decide it’s not the right fit, I offer a 50% refund on the intro session fee. No pressure, no awkward conversations.

Who this is for

Small Group PT is ideal if you:

  • want coaching, not just a workout

  • prefer a small, supportive environment

  • value quality over hype

  • want strength training that fits into real life

If you’re after loud music, yelling, and high-energy chaos, this probably isn’t it.
If you want to get stronger in a way that makes sense and lasts, you’re in the right place.
